Locate Handoff for Jira under Your Apps on the left side of Jira. Click on it to open the app and dive straight into My Queue.

Handoffs

Send structured handoffs from the Handoff tab — search any Jira ticket, pick recipients, add a note, and hit Hand off. Recipients get a notification in their My Queue and can accept tickets straight into their own queue. A formatted comment is auto-posted on each ticket.
