Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, absolutely. The Bulk Report Generator is built on Atlassian Forge platform, which ensures all processing happens within your Confluence environment. No data is transmitted to external servers.

Currently, the app is designed for Confluence Cloud only. Forge apps are not compatible with Server or Data Center instances.

There's no hard limit set by the app, but we recommend generating reports in batches of 50 or fewer for optimal performance. Larger batches may take longer to process.

The template modifications apply to new reports only. Existing reports remain unchanged. You can always edit individual reports manually in Confluence.

Scheduled reports will stop generating if the original macro page is deleted. The previously generated reports will remain intact, but no new reports will be created.

Yes, since reports are standard Confluence pages, you can export them using Confluence's built-in export features (PDF, Word, etc.).
