You can add tickets to your queue directly from the app's search bar — search any Jira issue across all your projects and click Add. You can also add tickets on the spot from any Jira issue view by opening the Handoff panel and clicking "Add to My Queue".
The recipient gets a Jira notification. They can review the handoff details and accept the tickets directly into their own queue — no email threads or manual reassignment needed. A permanent ADF comment is automatically posted on each ticket so the handoff is part of the issue history forever.
