• Best Effort: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service

• Dependencies: Service depends on Google Sheets and third-party platform API availability

5. Limitations and Disclaimers

• The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for missed notifications due to API limits or third-party outages
• Users are responsible for backing up important data
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of notifications

6. API Usage and Limits

• Google Sheets and other third-party APIs have daily quotas that may affect monitoring frequency
• Excessive API usage may result in temporary service restrictions
• We recommend monitoring frequencies of 5 minutes or longer for most use cases

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate use of the Services at any time:

• You may stop using the Services and revoke permissions via your Google Account and third-party platform settings

• Upon termination, monitoring stops and cached data is deleted
