Audience colour
- Yellow means internal, everywhere — the audience toggle, the tint on a comment box, the badges in an issue’s comment history and the badges on the results screen all agree. Anything the customer receives takes the accent colour instead. It is Jira’s own convention in the service desk issue view, so the app follows it rather than inventing one.

- The comment history had it the other way round — it painted Customer amber and Internal grey, in a panel that sits a few inches from a card whose internal note is tinted amber. One screen taught two opposite meanings, on the one distinction that decides whether an external customer is emailed.
