Page Order for Confluence

User guide

Open a list, arrange it, check every change, then save it to Confluence.

v3.3.0 — Latest Runs on Atlassian Atlassian Forge Confluence Cloud

Page Order works on one parent at a time. The list in the middle shows that parent’s child pages in the order Confluence’s page tree shows them, the space’s page tree sits beside it, and an Unsaved changes panel appears on the right as soon as you change something. If you have not opened the app yet, here are the three ways in.

Every job runs the same way:

  1. Arrange. Use Sort all, or select pages and sort just those. Drag pages to a new spot, into another page or onto the page tree, or send them to another parent or space with Move to…. Open other parents as you go: your changes come with you.
  2. Review. Every change waits in Unsaved changes; open one to see the pages it moves. In the list, pages whose place changes carry ▲ and ▼ marks showing how far they move.
  3. Save. Nothing changes in Confluence until you press Save changes. The save runs as you, with your own Confluence permissions, and only while the tab stays open.
